    We deliver Australia wide using Couriers Please. Couriers Please require a daytime street address to deliver to. PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers cannot be delivered to.  Our delivery service includes trackable delivery using the Couriers Please EzyTrak online parcel tracking system. 

    Flat Delivery Fees & Free Shipping On Orders Over $150

    All orders are charged a flat delivery fee - meaning you can add as many items to your order at no additional charge.

    • South East QLD (4000-4370) - $7.50
    • Regional QLD (4371-4999) - $15.00
    • South Australia - $9.95
    • Tasmania - $11.00
    • Northern Territory - $18.00
    • Western Australia (6000-6300) - $11.00
    • Western Australia (6301-6999) - $18.00

    We dispatch 98% of orders within 24 hours of receipt of the order. Sometimes it may take 1 to 4 business days more due to stock replenishment following high demand of an item. If something is urgent just check with us and we can give you a firmer ETA.

    Safe Delivery Guarantee

    Incorrect, Damaged or Defective goods may be returned and will be replaced or refunded at no charge if returned in their original condition within 14 days (in the original packaging). Refunds will be made against the original form of tender. Please note that the return costs for incorrect, damaged or defective goods will be refunded to you along with the total cost of the original order. We request returns are not sent back without prior correspondence via email - please find full returns instructions here.

    Delivery Instructions

    If you have special instructions please include them in the relevant field on the checkout page. Examples such as "Leave on front porch if nobody is home" save having to collect from the depot at a later date and ensure your delivery is received as quickly as possible. Be aware that any delivery with instructions to leave without a signature cannot be replaced if the delivery is not received.
