We dispatch 98% of orders within 24 hours of receipt of the order. Sometimes it may take 1 to 4 business days more due to stock replenishment following high demand of an item. If something is urgent just check with us and we can give you a firmer ETA.
Incorrect or damaged goods will be replaced or refunded at no charge providing they are unused and we are notified within 7 days of receipt. In the first instance send 1 (one) photo of the damage along with your name and order number to [email protected] Refunds will be made against the original form of tender. We request returns are not sent back without prior correspondence via email - please find full returns instructions here.
If you have special instructions please include them in the relevant field on the checkout page. Examples such as "Leave on front porch if nobody is home" save having to collect from the depot at a later date and ensure your delivery is received as quickly as possible. Be aware that any delivery with instructions to leave without a signature cannot be replaced if the delivery is not received.

LOCKDOWN UPDATE: In-Store pick ups are available Monday to Friday 9.00am until 3.00pm when Melbourne is in Lockdown.
Kitchenstyle pick ups can be collected from our retail store at 403 Glenhuntly Rd Elsternwick, 3185. Your order can be collected from 9.00am until 5.30pm Monday to Friday and 9.00am to 5.00pm on Saturdays. Simply select the relevant option during checkout and it will be ready AFTER you receive the confirmation of shipment email (not Order Confirmation). This is generally the next business day providing the item is in stock.
